Dear FAPI Community,

Hope everyone has enjoyed summer as we gear up for the beginning of Fall and ramp up of activities.

Our Phase 3 [18F]FAPI-74 diagnostic studies, FAPI-GO (FAPI in Gastroesophageal Oncology, NCT07217704) and FAPI-PRO (FAPI in Precision Imaging of Pancreatic Cancer, NCT07217717) continue to progress, with 15 sites activated and steady patient enrollment over the last several months.

We are grateful to our sites, our team members, and especially our patients for their ongoing commitment to FAPI development.

Looking ahead, SOFIE is a proud sponsor of the 3rd ICPO Theranostics Virtual Summit to be held November 12-13. ICPO offers another diverse program of talks and panels, with relevant content on FAP and Theranostics broadly.

Several SOFIE leadership members and I will also be attending the EANM 2026 Annual Congress on October 17-21 in Vienna, Austria.  Please reach out if you’d like to connect!

SOFIE is continuing to accept applications for our FAPI Outreach Program. This program aims to raise awareness and foster collaboration in the field of molecular imaging, specifically focusing on Fibroblast Activation Protein Inhibitor (FAPI) studies. This program seeks to engage with healthcare professionals, researchers, and the broader community to share knowledge, advancements, and the potential impact of FAPI in diagnostic and therapeutic applications.
