Stephanie Mann is a strategic business and finance executive with over two decades of leadership spanning pharmaceuticals, consumer health, medical devices, and energy sectors. She recently joined SOFIE Biosciences as Chief Financial Officer, bringing deep industry expertise and a strategic mindset shaped by her extensive tenure at Johnson & Johnson, including financial leadership roles in commercial, R&D, global supply chain, and M&A. A transformational leader, Stephanie has successfully guided organizations through IPOs, carve-outs, and private equity transitions. She is known for aligning financial strategy with innovation and growth, while motivating and inspiring strong, diverse and inclusive teams across global markets.

With a liberal arts foundation from Wellesley College in mathematics and economics, complemented by an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and relentless curiosity, Stephanie thrives on uncovering hidden challenges and turning them into opportunities. Stephanie resides with her husband Dave in New Jersey, just outside Philadelphia, and they are happy and busy raising three children and two rescue dogs.
