Sean is a process focused and data driven leader with a passion for improving processes that are strongly influenced by human behavior. Sean has held many operations, leadership, and support roles over a 30 year career that includes 20 years of experience in radiopharmacy.

Before joining SOFIE, Sean held multiple leadership roles with Jubilant, including Regional Director, Director of Strategy, and Director of Operational Excellence.  In those roles Sean led process improvement initiatives and developed process modeling tools that resulted in millions of dollars in savings. Jubilant leveraged that same business acumen in recovery efforts and interim leadership roles over their fleet, facilities, and supply chain.

Sean holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology. In addition to roles in Radiopharmacy, Sean worked as a design engineer for Hussmann Refrigeration and supported implementation of IT Service Management processes for Mercy.

Sean resides in Missouri with his wife and near his adult daughter. Sean spends his free time working on an ever-changing collection of antique cars and bicycles.
