Priyanka Rattana joins SOFIE as VP of Finance. Priyanka is a transformative leader in strategic finance and operational optimization and has honed her expertise in financial planning and analysis, business operations, resource management, and project execution over her 21+ years career.

Before joining SOFIE, Priyanka served as the VP of Finance & Business Operations at Advantage Solutions. There, she led transformative initiatives, consolidating processes and uniting disparate agencies into a cohesive entity. Her strategic vision and financial acumen resulted in significant achievements, including improved margins and enhanced productivity. Priyanka boasts a remarkable track record of steering organizations toward financial success, adeptly managing full financial responsibilities, driving revenue growth, and enhancing profitability

Priyanka holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering from the Kurukshetra University, India. Beyond her professional endeavors, Priyanka is deeply engaged in community service. She is the coordinator of YUVA, a youth chapter of Karuna Charities, and volunteers at various organizations supporting the needy and disadvantaged.

Priyanka resides in Virginia with her husband, two teenagers, and a lively Bichon Frise. Her passions include dancing, fitness, travel, and cherished moments with loved ones. Notably, she had the honor of showcasing an Indian folk dance at prestigious venues like Wolf Trap and the Kennedy Center.
